Many reasons...obvious one being BA operate out of LHR and not HKG.

Why some people are surprised to find CX F better than BA F or any other cabin class for that matter is surprising. That's always been the general opinion for as long as I remember. Yet posts appear on here regularly suggesting some new discovery has been made.
