Hi All, can upgrade certs be used if the hotel is booked via, say, Expedia? I cannot readily find this info. elsewhere! Thanks!
The T&C are rather vague and you may get a different answer depending on which agent you talk to, but I seem to recall several FTers who were able to apply an upgrade cert towards an Expedia booking.
My usual advise has been to call FPC and have the rate matched (which generally has been option and would obviously eliminate the risk factor), not 100% sure whether that's still possible / as easy as it used to be.
