That's why I was shocked at how much the prices were! I thought it'd be less since it wasn't high season!
I actually prefer to travel in the fall due to less crowds but also less heat!

I wasn't aware of those. I will certainly check them out!

What I meant by family room is that the Ritz here in Toronto, had a little divider and hallway b/w the sitting room and bedroom with their own bathrooms. While I wasn't expecting anything as big and fancy, I'm hoping to find something with a similar concept.
