Two weeks ago I used CSP to pay one way ticket from Singapore to Bali using local LLC AirAsia. Now there is a volcanic activity in Java and yesterday airport in Bali was closed for whole day.

My question - do you know if case like this is covered by the travel cancellation/interruption insurance provided by CSP? Did you have a case when you've used complementary insurance provided by Chase Sapphire Preferred?
What was the case, procedure and were you paid back? How much time/hassle it was?
