In Seoul I stary at the D Cube, not quite SGS level, but the GM went to the University of Richard Chapman, so the sevice levels are also extremly high !

Every once in a while you run into a GM who is almost as good as Mr Chapman but they are few and far between. For me the second best was in Qingdao China at the Crowne Plaza and I always made that same comparison.
