If a TB member constantly drags their feet, even after the deciding vote has been cast, it just comes across as obstructionist.
I'm all for allowing someone to have enough time to study the issues, but at a certain point, they are hindering the forum.
I'm all for opening up TB discussions to FT members. There's nothing to hide, is there?
