You can't go wrong at Terribles Hotel & Casino at Paradise and Flamingo or at The Palms, which is adjacent to the Rio... (best way to get to the Palms is to take the shuttle from Harrahs to the Rio and walk over).

Just try to avoid the older locations and of course, the Surf Buffet. *ewww*
