I have heard about some nice suites (Penthouse, Manhattan etc) at this hotel but the best rooms I can find available to book on the IHG website are Sky view studio suites. Doesn't IHG allow you to book the "proper" suites online?

If not, is it possible to ask for a paid upgrade on arrival?
