The latest from Delta: lying about baggage delivery time to the carousel in order to not have to give 2500 miles.
It took over an hour for my luggage to arrive after departing my plane arriving at JFK. Submitted a claim via the online form.
This is what Delta wrote back:

I emailed right back saying I would be happy to make my case in a court of justice.
I give them 24 hours to respond properly, or else I will file a DOT complaint.
