Thanks all!

I do have a bike bag - checking what condition it is in. But not sure it'll meet Eurostar rules. I could carry it as a foot passenger on the ferry, I guess...

Sadly not enough time for the Amsterdam route, I don't think. So it's going to have to be via France - or I forward the bike and fly.

Any recommendations for forwarding companies?

Will check out trailers - that is a nice solution!
