Now that I left Perugia, Etihad Regional (ex Baboo, ex Darwin) decided to initiate a three times daily connection between PEG and FCO. It is rather expensive and the flights are ~1 hour long, thus rather "stupid" since a train connection between the two cities takes almost the same time for a fraction of the price! BUT, if you connect to/from an AZ flight at FCO, the extra leg will cost about 10 additional Euro! Great! for me, ^ for others...

PS I was told this is a bona fide flight with a (frequent) wet lease from F7.
