Quad-band phones are a real plus for people who live in the US and travel to exotic places like China, Finland, and New Jersey. You get to use all four bands if you do that.

Last time I was in NJ with my old P7389 I had to stand next to a window to get any kind of signal at all in EWR. I'm told I'll be much happier with an 850 GSM band. I'll find out next month.
