Spoke to Lufthansa today. They said an issue with their site. Interestingly the mobile version works fine although limited user experience - you can see your booking but cannot manage anything I.e. no seat selection, no meal selection etc...

The agent I spoke to said issue might be resolved in 24 hrs. Let's see...
