Sounds like a chaotic day for a lot of folks. Glad i missed all the fun. Not too shocked though after working with UA's IT since the early 2000's. It's not just SHARES, years and years of non investment in updating the infrastructure is biting them in the butt. Won't be easy or cheap to resolve at this point.
