although this was erm... sometime ago. sorry if its too old

- name of hotel : mgallery cerretani florence
- status in Le Club : platinum
- date of stay : 12/2013
- which benefit(s) were not granted : room upgrade
- comments : enquired about a room upgrade. was told i have to pay for it. i asked if its complimentary for platinum, staff replied no. its up to their discretion. if i want the upgrade i pay (to the next level, not many levels of upgrade), the hotel is not obliged to offer me any.
hotel reply after i contacted them was 'thank you for the feedback'
