Flew CZM-IAH today without hiccup; we blocked in about 10 mins late, which really isn't late at all.
I'm onboard the onward IAH-EWR now; that's going to be about an hour late all told. Nothing really unusual for an EWR evening flight.
No complaints from me; only noticeable ripple was that the C23 United Club at IAH was crazy busy and had no available seats.
Otherwise, BAU today.
One interesting thing though ... Tomorrow morning I'm on EWR-SFO on a 753. Apparently that ship has spent the entire day today sitting on the ground at EWR.
Wonder why they didn't schedule any utilization for it? (It was scheduled that way before the glitch). Wonder if they could've pressed it into service, say EWR-ORD-EWR and gotten her back in time to run the SFO leg tomorrow? That's a lot of (relatively low CASM) seat capacity doing nothing .... Those 753's are dense beasts.
