A bike and a suitcase from London to Geneva

How would YOU do it?

I don't fancy flying, really - would be a big investment or, if prior experience is anything to go by, a very bashed up bike.

Bicycle pax on ferries seem to have to cycle on - which makes taking a suitcase impossible.

So far, I've come up with either:
- Through Eurostar ticket London to Geneva (but can't tell if they'll allow bikes the whole way...)
- Eurostar to Lille then TGV to Geneva
- Eurotunnel's bike shuttle (assuming it can take a suitcase too) and then trains Calais-Lille and onto that same TGV - by far the cheapest option, but looks like a loooong walk in Calais

Am I missing anything?
