You should have received an email telling you of the flight change -- did you?

I'd be shocked if the EBCI fee is automatically credited. You'll most likely need to contact them.
Thanks for the perspective on the matter.

I did receive an email about the flight change, it was a schedule change to the flight that changed the flight number, I didn't request the change. And the email said nothing about EBCI.

I contacted Southwest via the website explaining the situation, and the website said I'd hear back from them within 48 hours...it's been 46 hours...
