1) You cannot cash out, it can only be used for JetBlue flights.
2)Do you have a trueblue account? It'll be the same log in/password. If not, did you get an email saying 'welcome to travel bank!'?
3) It's not unusual to get a credit for around that much-- I once had over $500 in my Travel Bank. If you didn't pay a change fee...nice going
4) We all know their site blows.
