Hi all. First time B6 flyer here.

Booked a last minute (for me) trip from ORD-BOS on 7/22 to 26.

Decided to move it to 7/21 to 7/26 and was shocked to see that I would be receiving $56.60 back on a $307 fare.

However, instead of a cash refund, this was put into a "Travel Bank".

So my questions are as follows:
- Can I get a cash refund (not a big deal, need to book a one way to BOS for Christmas)
- How do I log in? I tried the username/password and it kept rejecting it.
- Is it normal to get such a large refund on the Base fare and not have to pay for a change fee? It really just seems odd to me. I got an email saying that I am confirmed, so I am assuming I am good to go.

Also a small rant-> the B6 website is horribly designed and has a bunch of dead links. Is there anywhere that I can bring these to their attention? (still better than UA's website though...)
