David,
If you are using the "web" version of the Blackberry (not the "enterprise" version) then login to the Blackberry web client and have the "service book" resent, an out of the box berry or international berry won't have the UK settings in it. You should have received the URL for the T-mobile UK BWC from them. Otherwise call them and ask THEM to send you the service book.
On your Berry you should have "gprs" under the signal bar in the top right, is it in CAPS?
A "small" gprs means it has GPRS but NOT the Blackberry GPRS access it requires...</font>
Cheers Scott. I just did exactly what you said. They've allegedly been sending me the UK service book since 2pm today. It's now 7pm and I still haven't received the settings!
The UK t-mobile webclient doesn't have an option to send the service books, or at least, I can't find it! Just out of interest, where is that option on the US t-mobile site?
Oh, it's currently gprs and not GPRS. I mentioned this to t-mobile. It turns out my machine is a t-mobile.de device, not a t-mobi UK device.
David
