Both UC and Economy have been referenced in this thread, so for sake of completeness for those searching in future, when I took this flight in PE a few weeks ago there was a small, hot breakfast served after take-off (choice of "full English" or veggie option which was a mushroom fritata, beans, more mushrooms and a potato rosti). About 2 hours or so prior to landing a full bar service started, followed by top-ups, then a full meal service with 3 menu options.
