If you like an American style breakfast, then Flagship does a reasonable fist of it, so long as there aren't too many people there. If you want an English breakfast then it has got to be Flounge. Noodles? Off to CX First, but they also do the usual English items too, but not so many item choices overall. Flagship also has faster wifi (though I've not tested it recently) so that may be useful if you're after a light breakfast, bearing in mind the 2 hour time difference to HEL.
