It was a Saturday and it was only the business lounge, but I had breakfast in the Cathay lounge after arriving at 11.10 before an 11.35 departure to HEL (the gate was right underneath the lounge and the plane was slightly delayed, so boarding hadn't started) - with no attempt at clearing the breakfast food away.
