There is a First Lounge dining thread in the Dashboard. For the post 12 midday food, I need to update it, which I'll try to do in the next few days, but the breakfast items haven't changed significantly for years, so the details are there and should be correct.

If First is quiet, you may be able to charm the chef to do one of the order service items such as mac and cheese.

I think AA will still be breakfast, but I seem to recall Cathay moves off breakfast at 11 am.
