My unfortunate study suggests you are one lucky camper - or only use Jazz routes where they don't have the dash-8 capacity problem. Yesterday on one of my forays to YLW just after a flight arrived - happily with one of my bags from two days earlier on board - I got to stand around and listen to the arriving pax. Most of them were happy - they only leave a few pax' bags behind each flight - but one guy was verbalizing loudly at the uncaring staff that he was zero for two, having not gotten bags on his previous Jazz flight either.
I was going to suggest that he was a slow learner, but I figured his day was going badly and was going to get worse when he learned what Jazz was (not) going to do for him, so I kept my peace.
They may serve your airport well, but in this neck of the woods, you'll find a different story. The real problem is that they (and their disgruntled employees) apparently don't give a hoot. One day when they *don't* deliver your bags promptly, you'll learn how little you can do about it.
