After a bit of advice please..
I am currently trying to change a flight from Houston to LHR. Work booked my return tickets through American Express travel. My ticket class is a WORLD TRAV PLUS (T).
I have already taken the first flight...
I am due to fly home on Sunday 12th July but I want to bring this forward to Thursday 9th July. I tried to complete the change on BA.com who advised me to contact the booking agent. Upon contacting American Express, I was told that the ticket could not be brought forward as I needed a 'Saturday stay'. They couldn't even get me a price to change it.
I don't understand why a Saturday has to be in the booking?? This was not made clear to me at any point during the booking. Nor can I find this condition in any of my flight documentation. If I had known about this, I would never have agreed to the ticket.
Is there any way I can change this flight? I really need to bring my flight forward.
Thanking you all in advance!

Welcome to the BA FlyerTalk Commity, Sid. I hope you stay around, there is a wealth of knowledge here about all things BA. You've had some excellent input so far, although you may not entirely like what you have read.
There's not much more I can add to what has been said save that it is entirely possible you have purchased a non-changeable and non-refundable ticket. As you have purchased your ticket via a travel agent it is the agent you should be contacting to organise and affect any changes, should they be permitted with the fare you have chosen.
