Chances are you lose, but it is cost free.
After that, it's small claims court. How much was the ticket? Only you can determine whether the value of the ticket is worth the aggravation.
Good advice, will do the chargeback. I'm not going to pursue small claims although I could as the value was about $400, just not worth my time.
I also will pursue the AG consumer division.
I do want others to know about what that company does, that's the main goal. Any help would be appreciated.
