It depends on a number of factors. Local time of start is one. Was the flight delayed when you arrived at the airport? In which case the crew may have had their report time delayed. There is also the use of 'commanders discretion' that can extend the duty time beyond the legal limit by a bit. The use of inflight rest can also extend the duty period.
