Thanks everyone for your suggestion/questions - no, the amount is nowhere near what I am expecting to receive. I expect payments for two refunds of a fee-overcharge of 30€ each (~60€ in total if paid at once) and another refund of ~400€. I received 38€ the other day, so clearly not matching any of these amounts even considering the fx-effect twice since the original payment was done in Colombian Pesos and the refund was in Euro with the US$ as intermediate. And the number is not a ticket-number I have had previously, so that sadly does not lead to an explanation as well. And the amount also rules out any EU261-payment - not that I would expect such as my flights this year all have been more or less on time.

Seems I need to contact everyone involved in my claims to find out what that payment was made for...
