I got that partner pamphlet a few weeks ago. It is totally useless unless you live in NA. Promotions are generally valid only to NA residents and the benefits tend to be restricted to use of services within NA.

No real hotel partnerships, no real car rental benefits...it's really disappointing, but for people like us there's no real benefit.
