Aeroplan Elite BestWestern offer only for Amerians and Canadians?
I just got the Aeroplan Elite 2003 Partner Offer Guide. I found the Best Western offer intresting since I might have a few BW stays in the near future.

I did try to sign up via the special link(will not post that one here) but when I was finished I get this reply

"This promotion is only valid for residents of United States and Canada etc"

Now to my questions. Is it true that I will not be able to participate? Can I participate in any of the other hotel offers and WHY did AC send me something I am not allowed to sign up for?
