I'm pretty sure 1 and 2 are on the same list, so 1 would have priority over 2.

Technically the SE should come before the nonstatus pax, however I have frequently seen differences. If the gate agent is playing games with the standby list, the individual with missed connection will be boarded before the SE pn standby for earlier flight. In these instances I wish the AC forum could import the Sheena reference from the DL forum.
