Hyatt Visa w/ minimal spending - AF posted July 1st
Called in a rep immediately offered 5K points w/ no spend to keep account open. Took the offer.

UA Explorer - around 7.5K spending
Offered $60 statement credit to keep account open. No brainer for me considering the annual fee is $95 and I fly United enough to come out ahead on baggage alone.
