A few weeks ago I had a 50 minute connection at CLT from DTW. DTW flight pushes back nearly 30 minutes late but makes up half that time in air. Of course we zig and zag all over CLT to reach stairs E gates. Get off a/c with 15 minutes to go from E to the end of C. I just want to get home. I'm running through CLT with bags (and shoving my way through the throngs of paxs) and get to C14 at T-2. Luckily, the GA told me that the EXP desk called, explained my inbound was late and to hold my (F) seat. Great job by the EXP desk-but this bank hubbing is a killer.
