misleading - i was referring to some website which provided suggestions on best Canadian credit cards etc. Most of the webistes highly recommended this card and I just apply it without looking into the footnotes.
Untill I was trying to apply for a supplementary card, i finally noticed the small print. You are correct that as consumer, we need to be more careful since they have listed the terms.
