No attempt on retention whatsoever - Marriott and UA Biz
Marriott Personal - low spend.
One year old, AF billed Jul 1st.
Had gotten a 15 transactions / 5K pts in Feb, and again in Jun.
UA Biz - used a lot last year on trips but nothing this year.
Two years old. AF billed Jul 1st.
Got a statement credit last year. Nothing this year.
Both Marriott rep and UA Biz rep did not show ANY retention effort whatsoever. Guess there is none they see on their screens.
