I'm curious if others who have reward points in Expedia noticed a drastic drop in their point totals? In March 2015, I had around 18,000 points. Two months ago, I checked my account and it showed zero points. I called Expedia and as usual, their incompetent CSRs had no clue as to the cause. I still contact them on occasion and they still can not resolve the issue.

I also checked my itineraries for last year and it shows that the flights I booked were cancelled?!? I have to assume that their IT department recently made some changes that hosed up their system.

If others have had their reward total reduced, please let me know.
