Sorry if this is a duplicate post. I just booked a last minute trip to Europe for a family emergency and on the return trip home next week, I booked an AC P class ticket. My intra-Europe flight on LH was booked into full fare - Y (although it is saying business class). I know that LH will probably seat me us in economy, however, will they at least put me in a preferred seat (emergency exit) since I was booked into a full economy fare class?

I've also got quite a few Aeroplan points so would it be worth doing the *A upgrade for that one way flight?
