So I'm traveling to China on an Air China flight this week, and I was looking at the information online yesterday and for the seat reservation it says "no preference". When I tried to choose a seat, all of the seats appeared as occupied (gray) and none of the seats appeared to be mine (your own seat is supposed to show up as orange). Does this mean the flight's been overbooked or is it just a problem with the website?
