DIdn't want to start a new thread - but interested to know how strict BA are with intra-europe baggage weights.

I'm flying J to and from europe with a few O/W carriers - however for the internal europe hop didn't deem it valuable for a 2 hr flight.

After I booked it dawned on me the baggage weight issue might rear it's head.

We have 30+ kg Aus to Europe and whilst I don't think we will go that high - it is possible we will go over 23kgs. How strict are BA on this? DO they forgive a kilo or two or are they RyanAir - esque?

I know I can probably stuff a few kilos in the hand luggage
