I just stayed three nights at the JW last week. The staff were great and the service was very good. The property however seemed a bit dated to me. The hallway areas seemed pretty fresh, but the rooms were a bit on the older side and could probably use a refub soon.
In addition, the lounge in no longer on the 27th floor, it's been moved to a very dated, strange looking room on the first floor just behind the check-in desk. The offerings were still good, especially for breakfast, however it was a strange setting. Overall, for the rate I was able to get ($119/night) it was a good deal, however I would probably explore some of the other properties next time, just to see how they compare.
