Accor hotels that DO NOT respect Platinum benefits?
One thing we need to be weary of are inconsistencies. Just because one staff member didn't give a drink voucher does not necessarily mean the hotel doesn't respect benefits. So a question is: was the issue further escalated? If at that point they still refuse to do so, then in my eyes that's a problem.
