Is there any "express lane" for biz customers?

Trying to sort out if I have enough time to transit CHC-SYD on Qantas arriving 8:15AM and then onto a 12:00 noon UA SYD-SFO; will have checked bags including skis. I know AM is the busy time for arrivals and in theory this should give me ~2hrs customs allowance, but am just not familiar with the airport or procedures, since Qantas won't interline over to UA.
