A few comments :
- I believe this thread should NOT be aimed at starting personal rants against an hotel and at replacing hotel reviews, but should be aimed at helping Accor to identify easily and rapidly hotels that are not compliant with the program and its T&C in order for them to take appropriate measures if they wish.
- If we want this thread to be useful for us but also mostly for Accor employees in charge of Le Club monitoring :
* why restrict to platinum benefits ? Any silver/gold/platinum benefits not granted would be useful to know
* we have to be more precise than "no recognition of platinum"
* we have also to avoid to report here "false" non-compliance (e.g not upgraded because the hotel was full, if the hotel was really full of course

)
