Having read the OP's complaints, I assume that he/she has never experienced business class on Oman Air, Srilankan Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Kuwait Airways, etc.

Tip: Don't have unrealistic expectations (expect the Ritz-Carlton pampering) with any airline and you should be happy
