Well, KLM is offering booking.com via mytrip and also when you book your flight. It is stated that €1 equals 1 award mile.

However, my experience with online purchases and awarding miles is not good. Bol.com should be a partner as well, but I ordered there four times totally and haven't received any miles. Its only app 200 miles in total, but still.... Contacting Bol.com; they say to contact Flying Blue. And quess; Flying Blue says to contact Bol.com.

Great......... I stopped asking, just lousy service..
