When flight has T class available for AA flight then it should be OK to book with avios. But it's not, there is no rule when it's possible or not :/ Call centre sometimes see the space and sometimes not.

So frustrating! I am planning to burn my avios for AA flights in USA but I don't want to hang hours on the phone when checking availability :/
