No, there is no golf cart waiting for you. However, two of the hostesses have recommended I should ask for one when emailing them.
I have never done so, as I am happy to walk after I've been sitting for 6 to 14 hours.

I got the service complimentary being a gold PC member.

Last time used was June 24th, 2015. Flight was not re-screened from Bangkok. I was escorted to the Al Maha/Oryx First Class lounge. The initial lounge that opened at HIA when Al Mourjan was not available yet. Why I was in the First Class lounge and not in the Business one, no idea.

At the end of May when I booked the service our flight was delayed from Frankfurt and the flight was not re-screened, which normally happens. Hence the transfer service did not work, as the staff was waiting at the re-screening point. Since arrival and departure gates were only three gates apart and it was only 15 minutes until boarding I did not bother going to the lounge.

To their credit they were worried about me, since they knew I was on the flight. I was standing in line to go the gate (after getting a coffee and a quick trip to the facilities) when I saw the hostess and I approached her. She must have been checking with the staff if I was already inside the gate are. She took me aside made sure I get prioritized and since it was already boarding time she walked me down the jetway. ^
