Target enabled here too, no Common Debit AID yet. Word on the street is that Common Debit AID will be coming to Target sometime in August, so the cash back thing should be fixed in August with EMV Debit.
Right now all EMV debits get run as "Credit" which explains lack of cash back, as you don't get cash back normally with credit cards.
